MEET THE PANELLISTS:
Kimberley Hornby George has been in the garden, home, lifestyle and leisure sector for over two decades. She is the founder of Hornby George, an award-winning PR agency representing a diverse portfolio of suppliers, exhibitions, trade associations, individuals, causes and charities across the UK and beyond. Kimberley connects media, retail and influence – helping businesses and personalities grow their visibility, credibility and revenue. She is also Co-Chair of the Garden Media Guild.
Rebecca Crannis is an integrated marketing consultant with a background in both agencies and in-house marketing. She has worked across retail, travel and wellness brands (including Marks & Spencer and Travel California), leading social media strategy and partnering with creators through paid collaborations, ambassador programmes, press events and trips. She brings a practical, behind-the-scenes perspective on how brands approach budgets, evaluate creators and build long-term partnerships.
Gemma Haigh (@plantparlourgram) has worked across both sides of brand collaborations — as a creator and in-house marketer. She interviewed for the RHS social media team at Chelsea 2025, collaborated with GrowTropicals for the RHS Chelsea ‘Hope After Humanity’ Houseplant Studio (2024), delivered two miniseries for Squires Garden Centres, and led a three-part project for Fairview New Homes (with Rooster PR). As former Marketing Manager at Longacres Garden Centres, she also managed gifted collaborations with creators.
She has worked with Hozelock, Grow Gang, Lechuza (Hornby George PR), Ivyline, Gardenesque and others, and will share practical insights on rate cards, negotiating scope, aligning with the right brands — and knowing when to walk away.
