Designed by award-winning garden designer Anne-Marie Powell, this space will feature a colourful display of edimental plants. Guided by nature, this biodynamic garden will supply the restaurant with seasonal, sustainably grown produce, reflecting Borde Hill’s commitment to biodiversity. Jay’s introduction will be followed by a guided tour exploring the vision and planting behind the project.\n\n\nPhoto: Claudia Guapp\n\nJay will also mark June’s 30th anniversary of the Rose Garden, a much-loved Garden Room featuring 750 David Austin Roses varieties and celebrated for its colour, fragrance and romantic planting.
