DESCRIPTION:We're delighted to invite Garden Media Guild members to visit The Laundry Garden near Denbigh in Wales on Monday 8th June 2026.\n\nThe Laundry Garden is the creation of GMG member Jenny Williams and her husband Tom, and she has grown not just a remarkable garden but a genuinely engaged community around it – with an active social media presence on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.\n\nJenny and Tom have developed the garden from scratch since 2008, including a walled garden, structured gardens surrounding their house and an enchanting woodland. The Laundry Garden has been featured in a number of magazine spreads, on BBC Gardener’s World and opens every year for the National Garden Scheme.\n\nWhat's included in our visit:\n\n•   An insight into the history and development of The Laundry Garden\n\n•   A guided tour of the whole garden\n\n•   A Q&A session with Jenny – a great chance to find out more about the garden or Jenny’s social content; how she's built and manages her online audience\n\n•   Light refreshments\n\nA few practical notes:\n\n• Photographers are welcome, and can offered early access to the garden in the morning of the visit\n\n• Lunch is not included in the visit, but can be found at the local shop, or cafés and pubs nearby (details can be provided)\n\n•  Accommodation is available on-site at the Laundry Retreat at a discounted rate: there are two roundhouses available from Sunday afternoon (7th June) for a 2-night minimum with a 10% discount - use the code 10LAUNDRY2026 at checkout.\n\n•  There’s more accommodation nearby for those travelling from further afield and wishing to stay over (more details can be provided).\n\nWe'd love to see you there.
