DESCRIPTION:As in recent years, the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Garden Media Guild will be held online via a Zoom meeting. It will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 12.30pm. Please put the date in your diary and attend if you possibly can.\n\nBusiness conducted at the AGM will follow the rules set out in section 8 of the Guild’s Constitution. Motions may be proposed by any full member, must be seconded by a full member, and received by the Honorary Secretary at least 28 days prior to the meeting. Please send these, or any other AGM enquiry, to the Guild’s Honorary Secretary Geoff Hodge.\n\nThe AGM package containing the agenda, minutes of the previous AGM, motions, reports and any other information will be available to download from the Guild’s website in November. Details of how to tell us if you intend to attend, how to vote for committee members and any motions and how to log in to the Zoom meeting will also be available then. Please vote, as your feedback is invaluable to the committee.\n\nThe formal proceedings of the AGM will then be followed by an informal Q&A session when the committee will be available to answer questions from all members.\n\nThe Guild’s committee looks forward to seeing you on December 1.\n\n
