We’re delighted to announce that tickets are officially open for the Garden Media Guild Awards Lunch 2025 - the most eagerly awaited date in the gardening calendar.

Where: The Savoy Hotel, London
Join us at the iconic Savoy, where the brightest names in the gardening media will gather alongside rising stars to celebrate creativity, passion and innovation across our industry.
The afternoon begins at 12 noon with a sparkling champagne reception, followed by a superb three-course lunch in The Savoy’s elegant Lancaster Ballroom, and of course, the presentation of the prestigious Garden Media Guild Awards. We’ll wrap up by 5.30pm, leaving plenty of time to catch up with colleagues and friends.
It’s the perfect excuse to step out of the potting shed, dress up in your finery, and enjoy an afternoon of fun, food and friendship in unforgettable surroundings.

Delegate Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you book your place.
Event entry is in the name of the person purchasing the ticket and cannot be transferred.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable but if you contact us at the earliest opportunity we will try to re-sell them if there is a waiting list. This cannot be guaranteed and incurs a 10% administration fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend, cancellations must be made 48 working hours or more prior to the event by contacting admin@gardenmediaguild.co.uk.
Waiting List
If the event is ‘sold out or fully booked’ then members can be placed on a waiting list and will be informed as soon as possible but could be within 24 hours of the event

Dress is ‘smart’ or ‘smart casual’
Accessibility
Please notify us of accessibility requirements when purchasing your ticket. We can then put arrangements in place.
Loss or Damage
The Savoy or Garden Media Guild cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to you or your personal effects.

Video and photography is permitted and you should be aware that there will be widespread video and photography at the event.
