As in recent years, and to ensure that as many members as possible can join our Annual General Meeting, the 35th AGM of the Garden Media Guild, will be held via a Zoom meeting. It will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Please put the date in your diary.

The AGM package containing the agenda, minutes, motions and other documents will be available in November.

Following feedback about last year’s AGM and having moved it to the evening, it will start at 6.30pm. It won’t last longer than 45-60 minutes.

Business conducted at the AGM will follow the rules set out in section 8 of the Guild’s Constitution. Motions may be proposed by any full member, must be seconded by a full member, and received by the Honorary Secretary at least 28 days prior to the meeting. Please send these, or any other AGM enquiry, to the Guild’s Honorary Secretary Geoff Hodge.

The formal proceedings of the AGM will then be followed by an informal Q&A session when the committee will be available to answer questions from all members.
