Join us at The Savoy, London, on Friday 20 November as well-known names and rising stars in garden media gather with friends and colleagues to celebrate the very best of our industry.
The day begins at 12 noon with a champagne reception, followed by a three-course lunch in The Savoy’s magnificent Lancaster Ballroom – and, of course, the moment we’ve all been waiting for: the announcement of the 2026 Garden Media Guild Award winners.
Come for the Awards, stay for the food, friendship and chance to catch up with friends and colleagues from across garden media.
Early-bird tickets are available until 2 October – and tickets always sell out fast, so don’t leave it too late.

Delegate Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you book your place.
Event entry is in the name of the person purchasing the ticket and cannot be transferred.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable but if you contact us at the earliest opportunity we will try to re-sell them if there is a waiting list. This cannot be guaranteed and incurs a 10% administration fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend, cancellations must be made 48 working hours or more prior to the event by contacting admin@gardenmediaguild.co.uk.
Waiting List
If the event is ‘sold out or fully booked’ then members can be placed on a waiting list and will be informed as soon as possible but could be within 24 hours of the event

Dress is ‘smart’ or ‘smart casual’
Accessibility
Please notify us of accessibility requirements when purchasing your ticket. We can then put arrangements in place.
Loss or Damage
The Savoy or Garden Media Guild cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to you or your personal effects.
Videos and photography
Video and photography is permitted and you should be aware that there will be widespread video and photography at the event.

If you book a garden visit, your personal details will be required to send you confirmation or other details, such as tickets, and may be used to send you a survey at the end.
