As in the last few years, and to ensure that as many members as possible can join our Annual General Meeting, the 33rd AGM of the Garden Media Guild, will be held via a Zoom meeting. It will be held at 12.30pm on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. Please put the date in your diary.

Business conducted at the AGM will follow the rules set out in section 8 of the Guild’s Constitution. Motions may be proposed by any full member, must be seconded by a full member, and received by the Honorary Secretary at least 28 days prior to the meeting. Please send these, or any other AGM enquiry, to the Guild’s Honorary Secretary Geoff Hodge.

The AGM package containing the agenda, minutes and all motions will be available to download from the Members' Area of the website from early November; you will receive an e-mail when it becomes available. All voting will be carried out by proxy form, prior to the meeting. Details of how to log in to Zoom will also be included.

The formal proceedings of the AGM will then be followed by an informal Q&A session when the committee will be available to answer questions from members.
