For an inspiring, educational or innovative documentary programme or episode over 20 minutes long on any aspect of gardening. It will have been first broadcast on UK terrestrial TV, via global TV streaming platforms or on an online video platform such as YouTube between Friday, 30th August 2025 and Thursday, 27th August 2026.
Please note that ‘Gardening TV or Video Documentary Feature of the Year refers to a single broadcast. A complete series is not eligible, so please choose one episode to enter.'Video podcasts’ may enter, but the visual elements of any video entry should be a key part of how the video’s message is communicated. Video podcasts may be entered for the Podcast/Broadcast category, which may be more appropriate.
Entry is open to all and is free to GMG members; a fee of £45 is applicable to non-member entrants. To qualify for free entry, someone who worked on the broadcast must be a GMG member.
This entry form must be complete by Thursday, 27th August 2026 and if your broadcast is not available to watch online, the file must be uploaded to dropbox by Thursday 3rd September 2026 for your entry to be accepted.
