Biography

Based in Derbyshire, I am an independent researcher in Garden History. After graduating with an MA in GH from the University of Bristol, I have developed a website listing hundreds of the finest gardens in the UK which includes a short history of each garden. I also give lectures on gardens and take the occasional garden tour.

Additional Interests

I am passionate about Garden History and encourage everyone to get out there and enjoy our fabulous gardens. If I'm not hunkered down in the archives or visiting a garden, I can be found climbing the nearest hill or relaxing in my own garden.
