Biography
Writer: consumer magazines; photographer. Annette studied languages, literature and garden design. She is passionate about gardening, design, nature and wildlife. She works as a designer, freelance writer and photographer with regular contributions to various magazines. Stock photos held at Getty Images, The Garden Collection, Millenium Images & GAP. Specialist subjects: garden design & plantmanship, plant associations and plants in garden design, gardens and gardens to visit. Photography specialities: gardens & garden scenes, macro-photography, plant portraits & close ups, lifestyle, garden features, grasses, orchids, wildflowers and wildlife. PGP photographer. She has published five books: "Gartenträume","Geniessen statt giessen", "Mein Wabi Sabi Garten", "Garten ohne giessen" & "Lavendelglück". "Geniessen statt giessen" received 1st prize and the prize of the reader jury at the German Garden Book Awards 2019.
