Biography

Garden Designer and Consultant. My passion is edible, ornamental gardens. I have taught RHS & C&G at Adult Education and now teach bespoke Gardening Lessons where my student's garden is their classroom. I've written a weekly blog Plews Potting Shed for my website since 2011; also written for local magazines, The Landscapers Library, Garden centres published eBooks. c 70% of the photography on my website is my own. Just as I will travel across the UK to teach short intensive gardening courses, I'm happy to travel for design, consultancy and gardening talks. But obviously, nearer is easier :-)

Additional Interests

I love walking, with or without dogs, films, art exhibitions Finding inspiration in architectural details, soaring spires and the placement of breads in an artisan bakery. My new, seriously overgrown 1/2 acre garden keeps me busy too. (see @SpitfiresandSlowWorms )
