Biography

Graham Spencer is director of Plants for Europe Limited, the leading independent plant breeders agent. The company works to identify, test, protect, launch and promote the best and most distinctive new plant varieties from plant breeders around the world, bringing them to growers and gardeners in the UK, Europe and beyond. Graham has been director of PFE since 2003. Before that, he was nursery manager for Croftway Nursery for 15 years, producing a wide range of specialist perennials. He is active on social media, regularly quoted in the trade press and gives presentations to trade and amateur organisations. Graham is passionate about the horticulture industry, and frequently lobbies on behalf of plant breeders, growers and wider industry causes.
