Biography

Liz Zorab is a best-selling author, award-winning video maker and gardener, and food grower. She is a gardening expert on BBC Radio Wales and regular writer for Amateur Gardening magazine and Permaculture magazine. She teaches gardening and self-sufficiency skills and encourages hundreds of thousands of people across the globe to garden, through her YouTube channel, Liz Zorab - Byther Farm (over 125,000 subscribers). Based in Carmarthenshire, Liz is developing a smallholding using organic and nature-led gardening practices, including a mixed vegetable garden, food forest and cut flower garden. Books include Grounded (2021) and The Seasoned Gardener (2023).
