Biography

Chris Wiley, aka The Resilient Gardener, is a professional, award-winning, RHS trained (Level 3) horticulturist, specialising in sustainability and climate-proof gardens. He is the owner of Sustainable Plant Store Ltd and Coordinates Bury in Bloom in his hometown of Bury St Edmunds. Chris gives many talks to gardening clubs across the East of England. Chris also won Best New Plant of 2022 at BBC Gardeners World Live with his new Sweet Pea, named after his mentor, Peter Seabrook.

Additional Interests

Community is where Chris excels the most, working closely with local authorities to enhance the areas around where he lives. Socialising and having fun, as well as being on TV and radio, are also high up on his agenda.
