Biography

Editor of Gardens Illustrated. Previously edited Garden Design Journal and The English Garden and wrote freelance for newspapers, magazines and websites including The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Sunday Times, The Garden, Homes & Gardens, Country Living, Country Homes & Interiors etc. Author of 4 books. I also present a podcast and have chaired events and given talks. Winner of the GMG Garden Book of the Year 2022, Garden Publication of the Year 2019, Journalist of the Year 2018 and 2012, Environmental Award 2017 and New Media Talent Award 2009.
