Ross honed his horticulture skills whilst occupying the position of Senior Gardener at the world renowned Alnwick Garden and held lectureship in Horticulture at Northumberland College, training students to become Professional Horticulturists of the highest standard. Ross has won seven RHS Britain In Bloom Gold Medals and two Best In Category awards. He is currently employed as an Outdoor Education Leader helping to inspire the next generation of eager gardeners and garden writer for a Northumberland based publication.
