She awarded BSME, Editor of the Year in 2018. She was the launch editor of Modern Gardens magazine. She has written two books, Brilliant and Wild, winner of Practical Book of the Year at the Garden Media Guild awards and Grow 5. She writes about gardening in the national press, including for The Guardian and The Sunday Times. She lives in Bristol with the photographer Jason Ingram.
