Helen creates content that is easy for beginners to follow, focusing on growing your own food and flowers in an easy and sustainable way. Her articles have featured in Kitchen Garden Magazine and she is an active part of the National Vegetable Society building show gardens at BBC Gardeners World Spring Fair as part of this, showcasing how easy it is to grow vegetables, as well as presenting on stage about sustainable gardening methods at the show. She is a seasoned allotment holder but has grown in a number of different spaces, including containers, a new build garden and now a slightly larger space. Helen was shortlisted for The Alan Titchmarsh New Talent of the Year award as part of the Garden Media Guild Awards 2025.
