Biography

Based in North East Wales, I'm a professional freelance garden photographer. I work across the UK and particularly enjoy highlighting the amazing gardens in the North West, Midlands and North and Mid Wales. Publications featuring my work include: The English Garden, Gardens Illustrated, RHS The Garden, Garden News, Gardeners' World Magazine, Country Living, Garden Design Journal, Amateur Gardening , Garden Answers, LandScape Magazine, Countryfile Magazine, Period Living, Weranda Magazine and Garden Style (USA). Clients include: public and private garden owners; garden designers and horticultural companies; Visit Britain, Visit Wales, The RHS, The National Trust and CADW. I have been a Finalist in the Garden Media Guild Awards Photographer of the Year category in 2022 and 2020; and in the Portfolio of the Year category in 2023 and 2020. I have also won awards in the International Garden Photographer of the Year Competition in: 2022, 2021, 2020, 2018, 2016 and 2015.
