Biography

I’m a writer and content creator with 20+ years of experience in journalism and communications. I love to use words, images and audio to encourage people to consider the world around them, helping them engage with nature and improve their mental and spiritual wellbeing. As well as producing creative content through my own channels - newsletters, a podcast and social media - I collaborate with brands and businesses to support the communication of their key messages and values. Special areas of interest include: sustainability, water conservation, nature, poultry and propagation.

Additional Interests

I love to spend time in my back garden allotment, growing cut flowers, vegetables and perennials. A keen advocate for nature and biodiversity, I walk in the local woods as often as I can. I also enjoy running and yoga, and I'm a keen amateur photographer. When I'm not pottering in the garden I'm often found in the chicken coop, collecting eggs or chatting to our flock of six hens.
