I am a professional horticulturist with a wide range of expertise. I write for Garden News, Kitchen Garden, Gardening Which? and several other publications. As one of the gardening experts on BBC Radio Nottingham and BBC Radio York I broadcast weekly answering listeners' questions. During the show season I work at several flower shows giving talks, demonstrations and hosting question & answer sessions. I am also an accredited RHS judge and a member of the RHS Tender Ornamental Plant Committee. Specialist subjects: General horticulturist - practical gardening, fruit and vegetable growing, lawn care, propagation and greenhouse growing.
