I have over 10 years of experience as a popular speaker to Gardening Clubs in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire without any promotion on my part; my reputation as an entertaining and engaging speaker meant that word-of-mouth from one Club to another was sufficient. I have tended a large allotment for over 25 years. My specialities are no-dig gardening, pumpkins and squashes and soil improvement. I have recently retired from teaching Biology for 39 years, so have a wealth of experience in engaging an audience. My degree is in Crop Science.
